We rely on the best logistics and transport companies for shipments outside Italy.

If the price is not indicated in the item’s advertisement (generally for bulky items) the shipping costs must be agreed before payment by sending us a written request for an estimate, reporting the postcode and the location where the goods must be delivered to. We will then communicate you the shipping cost of the item as soon as possible.

According to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the option to withdraw from the contract / order entered into on the Internet without any penalty in compliance with the following conditions.

The intention to avail of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 must be received by written request. The return is allowed within 14 days from the delivery date, the shipping costs for return are paid by the buyer.
